1B 6 Pins Plug Used for OBD Cable

The world’s leading automotive system manufacturer, a popular Brazilian company, produces onboard diagnostics systems. They’ve sold 3.9 million units in 2018.

The client selected 1B TGG 6-core straight plug for their product range. The connector was independently developed by INTE-AUTO’s technical team.

Its working voltage can reach 220V, has a working current of 7A, and brass material for the housing and contacts. These contacts were processed by gold plating so that the mating capacity can still reach over 6000 cycles. It provides a very stable signal and current transmission.
