FAQ

Please provide the equipment application, audio/video signal type, connector models or mating interfaces, pin assignment, cable length, channel requirements, shielding and grounding requirements, and installation environment. Drawings, cable specifications, photos or existing samples can also be provided for evaluation.

The connector series depends on the equipment interface, number of contacts, cable size, environmental protection, panel space and installation conditions. B Series is suitable for many protected indoor equipment applications, while K Series can be considered where waterproof protection is required.

Yes. Applicable INTE-AUTO push-pull connector configurations are designed for more than 5,000 mating cycles, making them suitable for professional equipment that requires frequent connection and disconnection.

Yes. Balanced audio cable assemblies can be configured with appropriate conductor pairs, pin assignments, shielding and grounding according to the equipment interface and circuit requirements.

Yes. Multi-pin push-pull connectors can integrate multiple audio and related signal circuits into one compact equipment interface. Channel assignment, conductor pairing, shielding and grounding should be defined during the cable assembly design.

Shielding and grounding should be designed according to the signal type, cable construction, equipment grounding architecture and EMI environment. Individual or overall shielding can be used, while shield termination and connector-shell grounding should be clearly defined in the approved drawing.

Yes. Applicable metal push-pull connector configurations provide 360° EMC shielding. The complete cable assembly should also use an appropriate cable shield and shield-termination method according to the required EMC performance.

Coaxial cable should be considered when the equipment interface or signal requires a defined coaxial transmission path and characteristic impedance. INTE-AUTO can develop 50Ω or 75Ω coaxial cable assemblies where applicable.

Yes. Hybrid configurations can combine different circuits within one connector and cable assembly when the contact arrangement, conductor sizes, shielding and equipment design allow it.

Yes. XLR-to-push-pull cable assemblies can be customized according to the required connector interface, pin assignment, balanced or unbalanced audio circuit, shielding, cable specification and finished length.

Yes. We can evaluate an existing cable assembly, drawing, connector part number, cable specification or physical sample. The connector interface, pinout, cable construction, shielding, grounding and dimensions are confirmed before prototype production.

Connector models, pin assignments, wiring, cable specifications, shielding, grounding, finished length, connector orientation and environmental requirements should be confirmed first. Testing can include continuity, pin-to-pin verification, insulation resistance, withstand voltage and specified functional testing. Where specific transmission performance is required, the test method and acceptance criteria should also be defined.
