FAQ
Please provide INTE-AUTO with the cable drawing or sample, connector type, pin configuration, cable length, wire gauge, jacket material, electrical requirements, operating environment and estimated order quantity. If some specifications are unavailable, INTE-AUTO’s engineers can recommend a suitable solution based on your application.
Yes. INTE-AUTO can manufacture custom cable assemblies according to your drawings, specifications or existing samples. Our engineers will review the connector interface, wiring, materials, dimensions and performance requirements before proposing the final solution.
Yes. INTE-AUTO can provide prototype samples for design verification and functional testing before mass production. The prototype quantity, cost and lead time depend on the cable construction, connector availability and tooling requirements.
INTE-AUTO’s standard inspections may include continuity, short-circuit, insulation resistance and dielectric withstand voltage testing. Additional mechanical, waterproof, shielding and functional tests can be performed according to the product and application requirements.
Lead time depends on the cable design, materials, connector availability, tooling requirements and order quantity. INTE-AUTO typically requires approximately 2–4 weeks to prepare prototype samples. The mass-production lead time is confirmed after the engineering review and sample approval. Urgent requirements can be evaluated separately.
With over 10 years of experience in connector and cable assembly solutions, INTE-AUTO provides engineering support throughout the entire customization process—from connector and cable selection to drawing preparation, prototyping, testing and mass production. Our team develops reliable cable assemblies based on each customer’s application and technical requirements.
