A Greek customer used a 3.5 audio jack connector for their main product: Bodytech EMS training devices. The jacks were not durable enough for use on the exercise machines.
Because the jack always broke, the customer wanted to replace this with a better connector.
After discussing with the client, we recommended a 2-pin male-female inline plastic connector. The specifications are:
Outshell: PC
Insulator: PPS
Contacts: Brass
Bend relief: PSU
The plastic connectors were certified by RoHS and tested for 144 hours under Salt Spray Corrosion. This was another excellent quality service from INTE-AUTO.
