NIBP connector
Reliable Air Connections for Non-Invasive Blood Pressure Monitoring
INTE-AUTO provides NIBP connectors for connecting blood pressure cuffs, hoses, and patient monitoring equipment, with multiple connector styles and customized hose assemblies available.
NIBP Connector Solutions
NIBP connectors are used in non-invasive blood pressure monitoring systems to create a secure air connection between the blood pressure cuff, hose, and monitoring equipment. A reliable connection helps maintain the pneumatic path during cuff inflation, pressure measurement, and deflation.
INTE-AUTO provides NIBP connector solutions for patient monitors, blood pressure monitors, NIBP cuffs, and NIBP hose assemblies. Different connector structures, materials, and hose interfaces can be supplied to meet different equipment and tubing requirements.
For OEM projects, INTE-AUTO can also provide customized NIBP hose assemblies based on the required connector, tubing size, hose length, and equipment interface.
Customer-Tested Performance
INTE-AUTO NIBP connector samples were evaluated by a customer for dimensional consistency, connector assembly, tubing connection, tensile force, and air leakage. Six pairs of samples were included in the evaluation.

Find the Right NIBP Connector Solution
Need help matching an NIBP connector or developing a complete hose assembly? Send us your patient monitor model, existing connector part number, hose specifications, drawings, photos, or sample. INTE-AUTO can help identify the interface and provide the appropriate NIBP connector or custom hose assembly for your application.
NIBP Connector Applications

NIBP connectors provide a secure air connection between the patient monitor, NIBP hose, and blood pressure cuff for routine non-invasive blood pressure measurement.

Used to connect the air hose and cuff to electronic blood pressure monitors, allowing reliable inflation and deflation during each measurement cycle.

NIBP connectors provide a detachable interface between reusable or compatible blood pressure cuffs and NIBP hoses, making cuff connection and replacement easier.

For multiparameter monitoring systems with integrated NIBP measurement, NIBP connectors provide the pneumatic interface between the monitor and external cuff assembly.

NIBP connectors can be integrated into diagnostic equipment that includes non-invasive blood pressure measurement and requires a reliable connection to the external air hose and cuff.

NIBP connectors can also be used in veterinary monitoring systems to connect compatible cuffs and air hoses for non-invasive blood pressure measurement.
Why Choose INTE-AUTO NIBP Connectors?
Different connector structures and interfaces are available for NIBP hoses, cuffs, and monitoring equipment, helping customers match different pneumatic connection requirements.
If the original connector model is unknown, customers can provide an existing connector, photos, dimensions, or samples. INTE-AUTO can help identify the interface and develop the corresponding solution.
NIBP connectors can be supplied with customized hose assemblies according to the required connector, tubing specification, hose length, and equipment-side interface.
INTE-AUTO supports connector and hose assembly development for medical equipment manufacturers, replacement-part suppliers, and other OEM projects.
FAQ Description
The monitor brand alone is usually not enough because different models may use different NIBP interfaces.
Provide the monitor model, existing connector part number, and clear photos of the connector. If these are unavailable, dimensions or an existing sample can also be used to help identify the required interface.
A single-tube system uses one air path between the monitor and cuff, while a dual-tube system uses two air paths.
The cuff, hose, connector, and monitor interface must match the NIBP system design. Confirm whether your equipment uses a single-tube or dual-tube system before selecting the connector or hose assembly.
In some cases, yes. It depends on the connector structure and whether the existing tubing can be securely connected to the replacement connector.
Provide the existing connector and hose specifications so the connection method and tubing compatibility can be checked before replacement.
Provide the hose ID and OD, material, and the connector required at each end. The connector’s hose interface must fit the tubing properly to maintain a secure pneumatic connection.
For a new project, sending the complete hose specification is preferable to selecting the connector by appearance alone.
Air leakage can come from an incorrect connector interface, poor hose fit, damaged sealing components, incomplete mating, or a loose connection between the connector and tubing.
Check the complete air path rather than only the connector. If necessary, send the connector and hose assembly details to INTE-AUTO for evaluation.
Only when the cuff-side interface and pneumatic system are compatible. Different cuffs can use different connectors or tubing arrangements even when they are intended for NIBP measurement.
The cuff connector, hose configuration, and single- or dual-tube design should be confirmed before replacement.
Yes. An existing connector or complete hose assembly can be used as a reference for evaluating the connector interface, tubing, hose length, and end connections.
For production, the final specifications should be confirmed before manufacturing.
To develop the right NIBP hose assembly for your equipment, please provide:
- Patient monitor or equipment brand and model
- Monitor-side and cuff-side connector
- Single-tube or dual-tube configuration
- Hose ID and OD
- Required hose length
- Hose material, color, or flexibility requirements
- Existing part number, drawing, photos, or sample, if available
- Sample and production quantity

If you do not know all the specifications, send us your existing NIBP hose assembly or clear photos of the connectors. INTE-AUTO can help identify the connection and confirm the required hose assembly.
