K Series Plug Part Section Showing & Assembly Instruction
1. Install the insert carriers A ③ and Insert Carriers B ④ onto the contacts insulator parts ②, then push the contacts insulator parts ② into the plug housing subassembly ①.
2. Install the earthing cone A ⑤, gasket ⑥, and earthing cone B ⑦ into the plug housing subassembly ① in sequence. Then install the cable collet ⑧ into the plug housing subassembly ①, and screw the collet nut ⑨ onto the plug housing subassembly ① and tighten it.
K Series Receptacle Part Section Showing & Assembly Instruction
1. Install inner O-ring ④ onto the inner wall of the receptacle housing subassembly ①. Assemble the socket contacts insulator parts ② onto the retaining ring ⑥, align the socket contacts insulator parts ② with the receptacle housing subassembly ①, then press it fully into position using the retaining-ring pressing tool. Make sure that all solder cups on the socket contacts insulator parts ② face the same direction.
2. Install outer O-ring ⑤ at the bottom of the receptacle housing subassembly ①, then screw the hex nut ③ onto the receptacle housing subassembly ① and tighten it.
INTEAUTO Connectors IP68 Test & Verification
INTE-AUTO 1K Series waterproof connectors have been independently tested by Guangzhou LCS Compliance Testing Laboratory in accordance with IEC 60529:1989+A1:1999+A2:2013.
The tested samples passed the IPX8 water immersion test at a depth of 5 meters for 1.5 hours, with no water entering the samples. They also passed the IP6X dust protection test after 8 hours in the dust chamber, with no test dust entering the samples.

Different cable collet sizes are available to accommodate various cable outer diameters. The correct cable diameter should be confirmed together with the connector size and cable collet to ensure proper cable retention and sealing.
INTE-AUTO offers straight plugs, cable-mounted receptacles, fixed receptacles, and other mounting options. Selected series and sizes are also available with right-angle or different panel-mount configurations.
The connector locks automatically when the plug is fully inserted into the mating receptacle. To disconnect, pulling the outer release sleeve disengages the locking mechanism, allowing quick connection and disconnection without rotating the connector.
