- First of all, arrange a bend relief ❶, collet nut ❷, collet ❸, gasket ❹ and earthing cone ❺ in line and pass the cable from them.
- You should now solder the small conducting wires from the cable with the insulator insert ❼ contacts.
- Cover the insulator insert ❼ using a split insert carrier ❻ by ensuring that the slots of both the insulator insert ❼ and split insert carrier ❻ mounts on each other
- Push the earthing cone ❺, gasket ❹ and collet ❸ to the correct position, assembled split insert carrier ❻ and insulation insert ❼ and ensure that the sheath of the cable is properly inserted into the earthing cone ❺.
- Now, you must slide the ready insulator insert ❼ into the plug’s outer shell ❽.
- At this stage, you must ensure that the slots of both the insulator insert ❼ and the plug’s outer shell ❽ mount with each other.
- After insertion, you can now tightly screw the collet nut ❷ onto the plug’s outer shell ❽.
- The bend relief ❶ is then connected with the collet nut ❷ to avoid cable bending at the plug’s starting point.

- At this stage, you must ensure that the cable sheath is inserted properly into the earthing cone ❺.
- This is the time to insert the insulator insert ❼ into the plug’s outer shell ❽.
- To ensure the plug’s alignment, both the insulator insert ❼ and outer shell ❽ must have aligned slots.
- Following insertion, the outer shell ❽ of the plug can be tightly secured with the collet nut ❷.
- By connecting the bend relief ❶ to the collet nut ❷, the cable will not bend at its starting point.

Assembly Instructions for S Series Straight Plug
These steps will guide you through the assembly of S Series Straight Plugs:
- The good idea is to align the bend relief ❶, collet nut ❷, collet ❸, and split insert carrier ❹ before moving on.
- Pass the cable through the bend relief ❶, the collet nut ❷, and then the split insert carrier ❹.
- Soldering the insulator insert ❺ contacts to the small conducting wires inside the cable is required to conduct the small current.
- Once the split insert carrier ❹ is mounted on the insulation insert ❺, make sure the slot of the split insert carrier ❹ fits into the insulation insert’s ❺.
- Now is the time to position the cable with the collet ❸ in the right place.
- The collet ❸, split insert carrier ❹, and insulator insert ❺ must now be inserted into the outer shell ❻ of the plug.
- A collet nut ❷ can be used to secure the plug’s outer shell ❻ after it has been inserted.
- In order to avoid cable bends at the plug’s starting point, the bend relief ❶ is now then connected to the collet nut ❷.

Assembly Instructions for Coaxial Straight Plug
You can assemble the Coaxial Straight Plugs easily and quickly by following these steps:
- To begin with, line up the bend relief ❶, collet nut ❷, and collet ❸.
- You should now pass the cable through a bend relief ❶, the collet nut ❷, and finally the collet ❸.
- The contact insert ❹ should now be soldered to the conducting material.
- In this step, insert the soldered contact insert ❹ into the insulator insert ❺.
- On the back of the contact insert ❹, connect the collet ❸ to the correct position.
- It is now necessary to insert the insulator insert ❺ into the outer shell ❻ of the plug.
- In this step, you must ensure that both the insulator insert ❺ and the plug’s outer shell ❻ have identical slots.
- The collet nut ❷ can now be firmly screwed on the outer shell ❻ of the plug after insertion.
- The bend relief ❶ is now then connected to the collet nut ❷ to keep the cable straight.
